Goldberg Kohn Represents Granite Creek in Diamond Blade Warehouse’s Acquisition of Peak Toolworks
Overview
Jayne Chorpash is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents financial institutions in documenting, negotiating and performing due diligence for asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions.
Jayne joined Goldberg Kohn in January 2021. Previously she was a summer associate with the firm as well as with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
While in law school at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, she was an Executive Editor for the Journal of International Law and Business.

- Represented administrative agent in $100 million revolving and term loan facilities to a provider of location technology, data cloud platform and related businesses.
- Represented UK lender on an asset based credit facility in the UK and Germany.
- Represented lender in a $60 million revolving and term loan facility to a leading provider of football equipment to institutional channels (which includes to the NFL).
