Graham Johnson is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Group. He represents and advises clients in all phases of the litigation process, including each stage of pretrial and trial work in state and federal courts.

Graham is experienced in drafting pleadings and other critical motions in complex, high-value cases, including consumer class actions, antitrust disputes, mass tort litigation and False Claims Act actions. He develops and implements discovery plans, coordinates e-discovery teams, and assists with subpoena practice, document requests, and fact/expert witness depositions. He is also engaged in client conferences and assists in the preparation of case strategy.

Graham joined Goldberg Kohn in July 2024. Previously he was a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Husch Blackwell LLP. Prior to joining private practice, he served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri from 2019 to 2021.
