The Secured Finance Network (SFNet) (formerly the Commercial Finance Association) is the principal U.S. trade association for commercial lenders that brings together leaders in the finance industry. The <a href="https://www.sfnet.com/75th-annual/halloffame">SFNet Lifetime Achievement Award</a> recognizes individuals who have made significant, unique and lasting contributions to the secured finance industry.

Since 2001 Richard has served as Co-General Counsel of the Secured Finance Network, representing it&nbsp;in appellate courts and other venues on issues of importance to the commercial finance industry.&nbsp;
