<strong><a href="https://www.goldbergkohn.com/people/petar-m-radujkovich/">Petar Radujkovich</a></strong> has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. He represents financial institutions in documenting, negotiating and performing due diligence for&nbsp;commercial finance transactions. He is experienced in handling leveraged finance transactions, including asset-based lending, cash-flow loans, acquisition financing and other various finance transactions.

Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn, he was an associate in the Atlanta office of a large, national law firm.

Petar received his law degree <em>with honors</em> from Emory University School of Law in 2016, and his B.A. in International/Global Studies from Rhodes College in 2013.
