On May 15, 2024, Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Group Co-Chair Dimitri Karcazes is presenting "The World of Restructuring: New Procedures, New Challenges" at the Secured Finance Network's International Lending Conference in London.
Dimitri and his fellow panelists will discuss the implementation of the EU directive and the new procedures that have followed, which have posed new challenges to secured lenders. The panel will review what a secured lender now confronts in an international context regarding borrowers in distress, recovery of their debt and approaches to the insolvency process, and how law and practice are evolving in this arena.
The Secured Finance Network's International Lending Conference takes place May 13 - May 15, 2024, in London.
