On December 11, 2013, the Fourth District California Appellate Court entered a decision affirming in full the entry of summary judgment and an award of more than $26,000 in costs in favor of Abbott Vascular, Inc. in the case <em>Charity Ogunsanya v. Abbott Vascular, Inc. et al</em>.

The plaintiff, a former manager, had sued Abbott Vascular and five individual defendants in August 2009 on nearly a dozen different California state law claims involving allegations of race and gender discrimination, as well as retaliation.
