David Chizewer, a principal in the firm's Litigation Group, will speak on a panel during the ABA's "Civil False Claims Act and <em>Qui Tam</em> Enforcement Institute" on June 8, 2012.

His panel is entitled, "Pretrial Procedure: Motions and Discovery Issues: Public Disclosure/Original Source; First to File; Rule 9(b); And Statute of Limitations." The panelists will discuss strategy and timing of pretrial motions and procedural issues in <em>qui tam</em> cases that are not settled early, with special emphasis on Rule 9(b), summary judgment motions, and discovery.
