Chambers Global also named Richard Kohn, one of the founders of the firm and a principal in the firm's Commercial Finance Group, among the leading lawyers in the U.S. in Banking &amp; Finance for his work in international secured transactions. Richard has been a consultant to the United Nations in the area of international secured transactions, and currently serves on the Expert Group for the United Nation Commission on International Trade Law UNCITRAL) on projects designed to help countries modernize their secured transactions laws.
